Минпросвещения и «В контакте» запустят «ВК-Образование» для школьников
Специальный сегмент «ВК-Образование» появится в социальной сети «В контакте». В нем будут размещаться верифицированные Министерством просвещения учебники, качественные лекции и видеоуроки. Новшества в соцсети – часть проекта «Цифровая образовательная среда», сообщил министр просвещения Сергей Кравцов в интервью газете «Коммерсантъ».
По словам министра, проект «Цифровая образовательная среда», который Минпросвещения разрабатывает вместе с Минкомсвязи, будет поддерживать технологии дистанционного образования. Кравцов назвал его «отечественным аналогом Zoom специально для школ». По его оценке, это будет канал, защищенный и устойчивый к хакерским атакам. Использовать его будут «не только в случае чрезвычайных ситуаций, но и в обычном образовательном процессе».
Так, заболевшие ученики смогут с помощью новой платформы подключиться к своему классу и работать с ним из дома: наблюдать за уроками, выполнять задания, спрашивать учителя.
Платформа также позволит учителям из другого класса или школы давать уроки по предметам, специалисты по преподаванию которых отсутствуют. По словам министра, это потребует установки видеокамер в школах и улучшения ситуации с интернетом в них.
В начале апреля Минпросвещения запустило мультиплатформенный проект, который объединил в себе ресурсы телевизионных операторов, ТВ-каналов и издательств учебной литературы, напомнил Кравцов. Это образовательный телеканал «Моя школа в online» телеоператора «Триколор». Он показывает уроки, записанные ведущими педагогами страны, сфокусированные на школьной программе IV четверти. Необходимость решать вопросы, связанные с этическим использованием ИТ и искусственного интеллекта, — глобальный тренд. Еще в 2019 году консалтинговая компания KPMG назвала ИИ-этика одной из самых востребованных профессий в разработке ИИ.
Массовая цифровизация услуг, в том числе государственных, и роботизация влекут за собой рост числа случаев, когда ИИ принимает спорные с точки зрения прав человека решения. Так, в 2018 году компания Amazon отказалась использовать собственную систему по подбору персонала на основе искусственного интеллекта: алгоритм снижал рейтинг резюме, в которых встречалось слово «женский» (women’s).
При этом законодатели не успевают за развитием технологий и полноценным обеспечением безопасности граждан. Поэтому ориентироваться можно только на сегодняшние наиболее чувствительные к конфликтам технологии. К ним относят цифровые данные, искусственный интеллект и интернет вещей.
По этим причинам самой перспективной областью работы специалистов по ИТ- и ИИ-этике станет разработка этических стандартов и кодексов. Эти документы будут помогать компаниям и государствам учитывать моральные аспекты работы технологий и решать связанные с их деятельностью проблемы. Как стать специалистом по ИТ- и ИИ-этике
ИТ- и ИИ-этика сегодня не самостоятельные дисциплины. Более того, в России почти нет вузов, где эта дисциплина входит в программу обучения инженеров, программистов или госслужащих. Поэтому получить знания обычному специалисту или студенту можно только на дополнительных курсах. Большинство из них — на английском языке. Как сообщили министр образования, при трудоустройстве кандидат будет подавать заявление об участии в конкурсе.
Заявитель сразу же прилагает свой оценочный лист, в котором указываются все достижения, результаты, стаж, опыт административной или методической деятельности, курсовая подготовка.
По каждому направлению кандидат самостоятельно ставит свои баллы согласно установленным критериям и шкале оценки этих критериев.
Конкурсная комиссия проверяет соответствие проставленных самим заявителем баллов подтверждающим документам и утверждает после этого окончательную сумму баллов.
В итоге вакансию получает претендент, у которого большее количество баллов.
Субъективизм сводится до минимума.
Кстати, еще мы ввели институт рекомендательных писем с прежнего места работы. За положительную рекомендацию можно получить 3 балла, за негативную лишиться 5 баллов.
Предусмотрено, что организации смогут учитывать информацию о том, совершал ли кандидат какие-либо нарушения, в том числе в части педагогической этики. В случае выявления таких фактов педагог отстраняется от конкурса на любом этапе.
Правилами предусмотрено обязательное наличие квалификационной категории у кандидата.
Важно отметить, что теперь выпускникам вузов и колледжей недостаточно иметь на руках диплом, чтобы быть принятыми на работу. Они обязаны пройти Нацквалтест и далее уже в школе получить самую первую категорию «Педагог».
Отмечу, что допускается прием на работу без конкурса педагогов-совместителей не более чем на 8 часов по одному предмету. А также распределение вакантных должностей при наличии не менее 8 часов среди педагогов данной организации образования. Но при этом не допускается искусственное дробление вакантных 9 и более часов по одному предмету.
Принятые правила обсуждались с педагогической общественностью, с экспертами, директорами школ, методистами, руководителями управлений образования и представителями других организаций образования. Данные меры направлены на устранение коррупционных рисков и обеспечение качественного отбора кандидатов на должность педагога.

Мы сравниваем возраст, пол и средний балл идентифицированных студентов и тех, кого мы не нашли на VK. Мы также сравниваем структуру социальных отношений, полученную из данных VK, с ожидаемой структурой социальных связей студентов. Впервые 2000 участников из России, Казахстана и Украины решили задачи с помощью социальной сети. Около 375 финалистов соревновались за дополнительные 10 баллов по результатам ЕГЭ , призы с логотипом ИТМО и пропуски на VK Fest .
Университет ИТМО проводит различные олимпиады для старшеклассников (7-11 классы). Когда в 2015 году Министерство образования и науки приняло новый закон, российские студенты получили возможность набирать дополнительные баллы по результатам ЕГЭ, принимая участие в олимпиадах и внеклассных мероприятиях.
В этом году университетская олимпиада вышла на новый уровень: в 2017 году участники решали свои задачи через Вконтакте — достаточно было присоединиться к онлайн-сообществу олимпиады и заполнить анкету через приложение.
